Frequently Asked Questions

General Questions

Sellers on any platform can use our warehousing and delivery services. Our goal is to serve and help all sellers in e-commerce and traditional sellers who need digital transformation in their business/store sales.
We support sellers nationwide. Sellers outside HCMC and Hanoi can still use our services by consigning their goods to our warehouses in the two cities mentioned above. Please note that consignment for sellers outside Hanoi and HCMC will be done by sellers proactively sending goods. We do not yet have a policy to support pickup points in provinces to receive goods and transport them to warehouses.

Delivery Services

We currently do not have plans to deploy cold delivery services in the near future.
TikiNOW Smart Logistics delivers a maximum of 3 times. After 3 unsuccessful deliveries, we will return the goods to our warehouse.
A return fee of 50% of the outbound fee will be charged if goods are returned to the warehouse.
Yes, we are currently deploying this service for sellers in Hanoi and HCMC.

Technical Related Issues

Yes, our system supports sellers to synchronize product information, create orders, synchronize order status, and inventory across different platforms for easy management.
We do not charge COD fees.

Warehousing Related Services

Our warehouse entry requirements are that sellers must provide shipping slips, products must be intact, original packaging, product information must be registered on the system, and products must have clear information.
Sellers need to create shipping slips before importing goods. The shipping slip will specify the date and time for goods to arrive at the warehouse. Sellers should send goods according to the time specified on the shipping slip.

When importing goods, we always check the external appearance of products including images, colors, sizes, product names, product codes, barcodes, quantities, etc. (we do not check inside boxes or open product packaging) to ensure these elements match the system and shipping slip.

For products with expiration dates, we will check the remaining expiration date before warehouse entry.

We are responsible for storing goods for sellers. Damaged goods will be separated from the warehouse to ensure quality for remaining goods. Every month we have a reconciliation and compensation process for sellers if damage occurs.

Note: Goods with expiration dates that expire before being sold are not considered damaged goods by TikiNOW Smart Logistics.

Compensation frequency is once per month and is regulated by the contract between both parties. Compensation amount will be calculated based on the damage level of goods value that can be determined by input goods invoices.

Currently, we only work with companies and businesses with legal business registration and business certificates.
We have fast packing and standard packing services. The maximum packing time is 24 hours.
We do not charge fees for redelivery.
Customers have the right to inspect goods together.
This case depends on the seller's after-sales policy for customers. At this stage, TikiNOW Smart Logistics cannot intervene. However, TikiNOW Smart Logistics has a support service to proactively go to the customer's home to collect goods if the seller requests.

Billing & Payment

  • 0-1 kg: 16,000 VND
  • 1-3kg: 18,000 VND
  • +0.5kg: +2,500 VND
Periodically at the end of the month, service fees will be summarized and sent to sellers on the first day of the following month. Sellers will have 15 days to respond and pay.

We operate 7 days a week with specific hours as follows:

  • Monday - Saturday: 6am - 10pm
  • Sunday: 6am - 5pm
Sellers can authorize suppliers to deliver to warehouses, provided that the goods meet our warehouse entry requirements (provide shipping slips, products must be intact, original packaging, product information must be registered on the system, and products must have clear information).

We pack according to standard boxes to meet e-commerce transportation requirements. This ensures products are transported in the best condition without breakage or damage.

If sellers want custom packaging, we will support depending on the product quantity.

Our warehouse entry, storage, and exit processes already include sample inventory procedures to ensure product quality. If sellers request third-party inspection or auditing, they must notify us at least 7 working days in advance for us to arrange support.
