Step 1
Order Synchronization
Orders from your sales channels (Tiki, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.) are synchronized into our system in real time - either via our TigerSell or through your own integrated system.

Step 2
Pickup
- For orders fulfilled by TikiNOW, parcels are collected directly from our Sorting Center. For other cases, we pick up from your warehouse and transfer the parcels to our sorting centers or hubs.
- Based on parcel volume and size, we allocate the appropriate transport mode (motorbike or truck) to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Sorting & Transit (if applicable)
- Parcels are sorted at our Sorting Centers using system-guided routing for optimal dispatch.
- For inter-regional deliveries, parcels are forwarded to the corresponding regional sorting center before last-mile allocation.

Step 4
Allocation to Last-Mile Hub
Once sorted, parcels are dispatched to the designated last-mile hubs for delivery.

Step 5
Delivery & COD Collection
- Our last-mile team completes the delivery with secure, on-time hand-off to customers.
- If Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected, COD collection is handled as part of the delivery process.
